About Philita Jana

Hi, I’m Philita Jana, a Certified Public Accountant, Adjunct Professor, and Entrepreneur who spends most of my day sitting between work, grad school, and other responsibilities. I used to be heavily involved in fitness competitions, but as I focused on my career, I noticed that my energy levels were declining and I had gained weight. This was especially pronounced during the beginning of the pandemic.

However, I decided to take control of my health and started doing desk workouts and home exercises. The results were amazing! I lost 20 pounds and never felt better. I have more energy to get things done and I want to share my experience with the world.

I believe that it’s possible to achieve a balance between work and wellness, and I’m here to help you do just that.
